I'm Katherine Brown, but I go by Kate. I'm a Venezuelan-born Montrealer who is passionate about offering a holistic approach to healing, embracing the body's innate ability to heal itself.
My practice weaves together Reiki and holistic rituals that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Through energy work, ceremony, and community circles, I hold space for deep connection and self-healing. Each session is an invitation to slow down, release, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, supports physical and emotional healing. During a session, you will feel a sense of calm and rejuvenation. Gentle touch or non-touch techniques are used to balance your body's energy. Whether you're dealing with physical discomfort or looking for emotional support, Reiki can help bring you to a state of balance and harmony that will last long after your session is over.

As a certified holistic health coach and Reiki practitioner, I have found that women circles are an incredibly powerful and transformative tool for personal growth and healing. A women circle is a safe and sacred space where women come together to share, connect and support each other on their personal journey. It is a space where we can explore our fears, experiences, and emotions without judgment or shame. Whether you are going through a challenging time or simply looking for a community of like-minded women, our women circle is the perfect place to start your journey.
